Event Preparation & Final Checks
Approximately 2–4 weeks before your wedding, we’ll confirm details with your vendors, review your timeline, and address any outstanding logistics. If adjustments are needed, we’ll handle them so you can enjoy the final weeks stress-free.

Day-Of Coordination
On your wedding day, we arrive early to oversee setup, manage your timeline, coordinate vendors, and handle any unexpected moments. Our role is to keep everything running smoothly so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Mid-Tier (Partial Planning)

Initial Consultation (6–8 months out)
We’ll begin with an in-depth planning conversation to review what you’ve already secured and where you’d like support. From there, we’ll outline a clear plan to guide you through the remaining planning stages.

Vendor Sourcing & Coordination
We’ll assist with sourcing remaining vendors, reviewing contracts, and helping you navigate key decisions. We’ll also coordinate with your existing vendors to ensure expectations, timelines, and responsibilities are aligned.

Timeline Development & Final Preparation
We’ll create a detailed, well-paced timeline that reflects your priorities and ensures a smooth flow of events. As the wedding approaches, we’ll confirm logistics, finalize details, and connect with vendors to prepare for the day.

Day-Of Coordination
On your wedding day, we manage setup, oversee your timeline, coordinate vendors, and handle last-minute details so you can relax and enjoy a seamless celebration.

All Inclusive (Full Planning)

Initial Consultation (12–16 months out)
We’ll start with a comprehensive conversation to understand your vision, priorities, and planning needs. From there, we’ll create a customized planning roadmap outlining every step leading up to your wedding.

Venue & Vendor Management
We’ll guide you through venue and vendor selection by researching options, gathering quotes, reviewing contracts, and making recommendations aligned with your style and budget. We’ll manage communication, logistics, and confirmations throughout the planning process.

Design, Styling & Event Flow
We’ll collaborate with you to develop a cohesive design and aesthetic for your wedding. This includes design boards, floor plans, rental coordination, and collaboration with décor or rental teams to bring your vision to life.

Budget Tracking & Planning Management
We’ll manage your master timeline, track payments and deadlines, provide budget guidance, and ensure no detail is overlooked throughout the planning journey.

Day-Of Coordination
On your wedding day, we’re with you from start to finish — overseeing setup, managing the timeline, cueing key moments, coordinating vendors, solving problems behind the scenes, and ensuring your day unfolds seamlessly from beginning to end.

Add-Ons (Optional)

Our add-on options give you the freedom to pick exactly what fits your wedding vision and budget. Whether it’s helping with decor setup, coordinating vendors, or handling specific day-of tasks, you can tailor your planning experience to get just the support you want — no extra fluff.   • Rehearsal Coordination | Price $250
    We’ll help you and your bridal party run through your rehearsal and go over what to expect on your big day.

  • Décor Setup & Take-Down | Price $800
    We’ll take care of all the setup and take down for you so you don’t have to.

  • Rental Pickup/Drop Off | $300
    You’ve taken care of booking your rentals— now let us handle the logistics. We’ll take care of both pickup and return so you don’t have to lift a finger.

  • Custom Welcome Sign | Price: $100
    We’ll create a custom welcome sign that warmly greets your guests and sets the tone for your special day.

  • Custom Flat Cards | Price $4 each
    We’ll design custom flat cards or place cards that add a personal touch to each guest’s seat and complement your overall aesthetic.

  • Vendor Management | Price $300
    We’ll handle all vendor communication and coordination, ensuring everyone is on the same page — so you can relax knowing every detail is taken care of.

General Events & Corporate

We also offer general and corporate event planning packages, with rates starting at just $400.

Additional Fees

Banff License Fee

Price: $270

What’s included: 1-2 day business license to operate in Banff and a Banff Park Pass required to enter the Banff Provincial Park.

Canmore License Fee

Price: $65

What’s included: 1-2 day business license to operate in Canmore and a Conservation Pass required to park/enter Kananaskis Country and the Bow Valley corridor.
