Initial Consultation
We’ll start with a relaxed, in-depth chat to get a feel for your vision, style, and the flow of your event. It’s also a great time for us to learn about your vendors, timeline, and any special details you’d like us to know.
Event Preparation
About a week or two before your event, we’ll touch base with your vendors, go over the timeline one last time, and make sure everything’s set. If anything needs tweaking, we’ll handle it—so you can relax and enjoy the lead-up to your big day.
Day-Of Services
On your big day, we’ll arrive early to keep everything on track—overseeing setup, coordinating with vendors, and making sure the timeline flows smoothly. If anything unexpected pops up, we’ve got it covered so you can just soak it all in and enjoy every moment.
End of the Night
Once the celebration starts to wind down, we’ll take care of the cleanup—making sure everything’s packed up, personal items are gathered, and the space is left just as it should be. We’re there right until the end, handling the final details so you don’t have to.
Mid-Tier (Partial Planning)

Vendor Sourcing & Coordination
Depending on what you need, we can help find any remaining vendors, review contracts, and even assist with negotiating the details. We’ll also make sure the vendors you’ve already booked are all on the same page, with clear roles and expectations for the big day.
Timeline & Final Preparation
We’ll work with you to build a detailed timeline that covers all the important moments, making sure everything flows seamlessly from start to finish. As the big day gets closer, we’ll lock in the final details and check in with all your vendors to make sure everything’s good to go.
Day-Of Services
On the day of your wedding, we ensure that everything is executed according to plan. We oversee the setup, manage the timeline, and coordinate with vendors, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day without worrying about any last-minute details.

Day-Of Services
